One of the largest tire manufacturing company in the world, the client is also focused on the original equipment markets, supplying tires for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, light trucks, agricultural vehicles and other utility vehicles in North America.

Business challenges

The current application used by the client was performing poorly and the client was finding it difficult to generate customized reports due to data integration issues.  The data reports provided across functionaries and hierarchy levels were highly inconsistent. The application data also had code chinks that made it highly susceptible to hacking.  

GSS America solution

GSS America was selected by the client as a solution provider. Employing GSS America’s best practices and rigorous standards based reviews; the application performance was validated at each stage. Implementing and testing of the Ajax controls was carried out. The relational data was also verified and validated. Security testing was performed for SQL Injection and Cross Site Scripting for each user, based on defined roles and privileges.
