• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related relevant field
• Five years of experience as Solutions Architect, Software Engineer or Developer, or Programmer Analyst. Will consider applicants with a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and three years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead development projects. Strong Objected-Oriented design capability and strong technical background in one of Sun, MS, Oracle or IBM platforms

• Analyze science, engineering, business, and all other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems 
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations 
• Provide overall design and development direction and organization of IT projects. Define the strategies necessary to achieve conversion of the requirements into an architecture and design for the solution   
• Provide architectural advice, planning guidance, quality assurance, and guidance to the project team on project approach and solution. Ensure that proposed solutions are validated. Apply knowledge of latest architecture, technology, solutions, and industry trends

• Design and develop software systems using such tools and applications as XML, XSL, VB Script, Java, SQL Server, and HTML/DHTML
