- Project related responsibilities
- Coding and construction based on application design handed down by the project manager or technical architect. This will involve interaction with Sr. software engineers
- Conformance to quality and implementation standards defined by the organization
- Keep up to sate on the latest trends in technology and be in a position to quickly adapt to newer technologies identified by the organization.
- Develop code that is efficient, scalable and reusable skills
- Experience in software development using tools and technologies relevant to the practice. Some tools and technologies are Enterprise packages like SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Siebel, Vignette; tools and languages like Java, C, C++, XML, WebMethods, Visual Basic, .NET, CORBA etc.
- Experience with structured lifecycle methodology
Platform / Skills
- Microsoft: C#, Biztalk Server, Commerce Server 2000, VB.net, ASP.net, Visual Studio.net
- IBM: XML-SOAP, WSDL, MQ-Series, Websphere,IBM Web service Toolkit.
