"I'd like to thank everybody on the work that was done in phase 1 and that is currently being done in phase 2. Overall, I have to say that I'm very pleased with the team thus far, and my confidence level is very high for the upcoming phases of the project.
Throughout phase 1, the team was very patient as we finalized the specifications and requirements of the project. This project requires involvement from every level of the business, so as you can imagine the requirements have changed due to the nature and diversity of the business. However, GSS America team was very quick and efficient in modifying the documents and finishing the deliverables. Ajay exceeded all expectations on the UI mockup, and the functional team was very surprised and pleased to see the UI mockup come along so quickly. I was personally pleased on how he took our comments and put his own creative thought into how the requirements could best be laid out on the screens.
The first drafts of the Functional Spec were created in good time by Mallik, and he was very flexible and responsive on modifying the document per our requests. I can imagine how difficult it can be to make so many changes to the functional spec over time, but in the end he did it and delivered on time. Thanks Again."
